Hexel Plus and purchases
Hexel Plus and Founding member are bought through your Apple account.
- Cancel Plus: open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Hexel Plus. Plus stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
- Restore a purchase on a new iPhone: in Hexel, open Settings → Hexel Plus → Restore purchases.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Buddies
- Your buddy only sees the goals you choose to share, and never your words unless you turn them on for a goal.
- To stop sharing, leave, block or report someone, open Buddies and tap the ⋯ menu. We review every report within 24 hours.
Your account and data
- Hexel works without an account. An account is only needed to sync between devices or to use buddies.
- Delete your account: Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your account and everything synced with it from our servers.
